Wieliczka salt mine

Magnificent chambers chiselled out in rock salt. Amazing underground saline lakes, majestic timber constructions and unique statues sculpted in salt. Almost 3 kilometers of meandering corridors, 800 steps to climb of which 350 have to be descended to reach the depth of 135 meters underground. Thus it is no surprise that till now, the Tourist Route, the main visiting route of the mine has been visited by 36,000,000 tourists from around the whole world in search of adventures.

Greyteal and Magpie

Australian Magpie is a medium-sized black and white bird native to Australia. The Australian Magpie walks rather than waddles or hops and spends much time on the ground it has an array of complex vocalisations, is omnivorous, and with the bulk of its varied diet made up of invertebrates. Spring in Australia is magpie season, when breeding magpies around the country become aggressive and swoop and attack those who approach their nests

The Grey Teal is a common duck found in open wetlands in Australia. The Grey Teal nests near its favoured freshwater lakes and marshes, usually on the ground, male and female share the same colours.

Sand Dunes

Sand Dunes

Lancelin Sand Dunes are the biggest in Western Australia. The sand dune system is about 2.5 kilometers long and 1.5 kilometers wide. Lancelin is about an hour and a half (about 150 km) drive north of Perth. Usually there are a large number of people on the dunes, especially on weekends, long weekends and in school holidays there can be hundreds of people playing on the sand. Some of the best photos can be taken at dawn and dusk, the views are magnificent. You just have to be there and not in front of the computer.
